On Macarons from Fritz Pastry

There is this quaint and cute coffee shop/bakery down the street from me called Fritz Pastry. I passed it on my way to work for quite some time, but recently I was finally able to make my way over there on a recent Sunday to discover the most delicious macarons. I was so excited after seeing and tasted them that I brought some to friends, and brought Scott back the following weekend so he could taste them as well.



With flavours like Root Beer Float and Green Tea, these aren't your typical macarons. If you live in the Chicago area, I would recommend stopping by and giving them a try. If you follow Fritz on Twitter, you can find out each morning what special treat they've made for the day.
